In the summer of 2022, Monumental Learning Consulting was established by Dr. Jacqueline Boney Taylor, drawing upon her rich, 26-year career in education across Texas and Massachusetts, encompassing private, traditional public, and charter schools. Recognizing the pressing challenges facing our educational system, Dr. Taylor founded MLC with a mission to empower educators with research-based knowledge and skills. The organization was conceived to provide a supportive framework that fosters a growth mindset among educators, empowering them to inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential.

With a steadfast commitment to promoting academic excellence, Monumental Learning Consulting is dedicated to equipping educators with the tools and strategies necessary for meaningful school improvement. Dr. Taylor's extensive experience in leveraging accountability systems such as the A-F Accountability System and the Academic Excellence Indicator System has uniquely positioned MLC to offer tailored professional development and consultation services. By focusing on data-driven instructional practices, culturally responsive teaching, and community engagement, MLC aims to enhance educational outcomes and create lasting impacts within school communities.
